Just had Zatarain's Jambalaya Mix, adding one pound of cooked shrimp.
I ate one-half of it, meaning that I have a second meal coming as leftovers.

This is gonna sound boring to some...
Dinner spread out over two and a half hours:
First, a bowl of three kinds of cereal (mixed) with milk (ONLY) - I never put sugar on my cereal. And, steamed veggies, a little heavy on the spinach.
Minutes ago, two eggs over-easy, and a "cup" of banana-strawberry yoghurt. An ovo-lacto-vegetarian day today.
