Attention What are you having for dinner?

Last night I made a massive meat loaf, about five pounds. I stuffed it with smoked, cheddar cheese stuffed sausages and we had it with roasted tiny potatoes seasoned with garlic and parmesan. No time for a veggie. My guy was a very happy man, it was delicious.
 
Bockwurst, buttered rice, tossed salad w/Thousand Island Dressing, and water
I had to keep it simple because I have to man the door for trick and treaters starting at 6 PM.
 
Eggs and peameal bacon with seed bread toast. Our weekly breakfast for dinner meal.
 
Pepperoni pizza. Tonight’s the last night. I’m going back on my no carb diet for November.
 
Dinner was delicious. I made a quick bake of brown rice, red rice, quinoa and baby bella mushrooms topped with tomatoes and melted mozzarella cheese.

I had family over for dinner last night.

I did a huge Lipton Onion Soup mix meatloaf glazed with ketchup brown sugar and draped with bacon. Did half ground beef and half ground pork.

Fresh whipped Yukon Gold Potatoes with roasted garlic and 8 pounds of butter.

And a fresh string bean salad with cherry tomatoes, red onion and crumbled feta cheese.

Did a tasty lemon olive oil vinaigrette for that. Was very good. Need a little something healthy.

And finally a banana sheet cake with cream frosting.

Coffee and chocolates.
 
Still have no appetite and problems with digestion with COVID.
 
Tomorrow night going out so decided this evening just to keep it simple with a grilled cheese sandwich.
