Attention What are you having for dinner?

Another round of vegetable soup. Not very good tonight--it was a "make it fast!" meal. But at least it was something warm to eat, which was welcome on this chilly winter day.

I've been eating soup so much this winter that I may have forgotten how to use a fork...

Tibetan dumplings and greens for Losar.

I had leftover Gemelli Pasta that I turned into Baked Gemelli pasta with 4 cheeses. :dead:

Mixed Ricotta with eggs and parmesan and the pasta with tomato basil sauce and topped it with smoked provolone cheese and whole milk mozzarella. The cheese on top got all bubbly and brown.

Time to remove clothes off the treadmill.

I made some macaroni salad last night so I could give it a day to absorb the flavors of the mayo/pickles/olives/tuna and be ice cold and we will eat that tonight with grilled Reuben sandwiches

Another head of broccoli with Panera broccoli cheddar soup for dipping sauce. [sigh]

Hey, they were both on sale, and I wanted to finish the broccoli while it was still fresh. And maybe this'll make up for the eggs and bacon and sausage I'm going to make myself for brunch tomorrow.

I bought a dinner of whitefish from the church Lentin dinners program. The food was okay, but the service was bad because they weren't prepared. They ran out of several things on the menu, but did substitute. I took it home and there were things missing and I had to go back to get all that I had paid for. I know they were all volunteers so I hate to complain but it was a bother.

Tonight's dinner will be a lovely lettuce leaf with a squeeze of lemon juice and delicious refreshing glass of H20

I'm stuffed already.
