I promised our neighbors son hotdogs (with ketchup ) I think he is six years old. And he wanted macaroni and cheese from the box. I have Annie's shells and white cheddar. I hope that will do.

And for dessert he wanted chocolate pudding. I did an icebox cake(if you will) with layers of graham crackers and My T Fine pudding with one of those large containers of Cool Whip on top and a sprinkle of M&Ms.

I might keep this all for myself.

I had breaded shrimp with tartar sauce, cheesy shells, creamed spinach, and iced tea. All from boxes and mixes, but it was quick.

This is a kid I want to food binge with. And I suspect he wanted Kraft with orange powder and so do I, but please explain to him that Kraft's owner. Mondelez, still is doing business in rrrZZZja and that a sense of decency does not allow this in a time of war.

I knew I had 2 lbs of BallPark in the freezer. Rarely do we eat hotdogs but I buy them occasionally for cookouts.

Still deciding. I made a great salad for lunch, and had brussels sprouts as well. Maybe some smoked chicken thighs and pasta. Think I have sun-dried tomatoes somewhere, and ripe olives.

He didn't like the Annie's white cheddar and shells cause it's not orange. Next time it will have to be Kraft RB.

More seriously, I think Annie's has some versions that are orange. Although they won't taste the same. I'd have argued they were better--before I gave up dairy, Annie's was my default brand--but I imagine a child might feel differently...

Orzo that was made form chickpeas, served with a quickly made sauce that is best forgotten (sigh...). Then I had a salad, some whole wheat bread, and the last four cherries I had. ( )

I think he is 5 or 6. His Dad told me he did eat some and he liked it.

During the pandemic we had a lot of Annies Mac and cheese and some snacks.
