Another Nephew of mine is living with this Hispanic girl who is an awesome cook.

She made me 2 quarts of homemade Wonton Soup. Tender Wontons with seasoned ground pork filling in homemade chicken broth.

She did a nice job.

Baked salmon filets with roasted small red potatoes and asparagus. Not bad for a Monday night. My guy cooks and I do the cleaning.

Ok foodies. Need your opinion.

Can I freeze a few cooked Key Lime Pies? Or will they be texturally changed once they are thawed in the refrigerator?

Basic recipe condensed milk lime juice egg yolks and zest.

^^ Quick search says "yes". But without the whipped cream or meringue. Just semi-freeze then wrap it well. Thaw in fridge.

Peach and apple pies freeze well - so I would think Key Lime would as well.
