Goodbye Yellow Brick Road - Hunter Hayes.
I was listening to that earlier (it's include on the 40th anniversary remastered-reissue of the Elton John album).

It's quite a good version. I like Hayes' voice, but he does tend to 'over-sing' a bit now and again ... but then almost everyone does these days. (Personally, I blame it on the the whole X-Factor /Got Talent/Voice thing ... all that extraneous warbling and trilling meant to impress the judges).

I'd been watching a few short interviews with Elton John, Bernie Taupin etc about the 40th Anniversery which mentioned his version. Curiousity did the rest.
