it's rare. the lag thing i mean. sometimes, it's barely noticeable, but others it's annoying as hell. especially on top of playing with the knock off controller i'm using until my new one comes.

bought an absolutely ridiculous controller from amazon for $10, without 1st reading customer reviews. the thing's stiff as hell, and even worse it doesn't have the PS button, so to get back to the XB menu you have to quit and eject your game. i'd love to get my money back for it, but the thing pissed me off so much that i ended up throwing it across the room and breaking off the R1, 2 and 3 buttons. only reason i'm playing so much Tekken lately...it's the only game i have that doesn't need those buttons:mad:
 
Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack in Time and Assassin's Creed 2, both for PS3. AC2 is ten times better than its predecessor, and R&C is fun, as are all the entries in that series. I'm probably gonna pick up Darksiders soon, though I'm looking at Borderlands and Bayonetta too. I cannot wait for February...Bioshock 2 and Dante's Inferno are coming out on the same day!

I had a similar problem as you when I got my first x-box (second-hand mind you) the controller must a been shite as the characters wid move to the side on their own. Obv sorted that when a got a new controller :D


Just bought Halo 3 as it's addictive online :D and Onechanbara Bikini Samurai Squad. Will play them later on as I can't be arsed paying for a wireless router at the moment and canny be arsed switching between my laptop and x-box.

I had played WWE Legends of Wrestlemania, then started to play Star Wars The Force Unleashed, then finally played Metal Gear Solid 4 for 5 hours finally beat the game yesterday. Long ass game. Excluding those 15 hour RPG's.
 
I've been playing Uncharted 2 to keep me from playing a leaked copy of Mass Effect 2(I confess, I played for a tad bit to just see how the character importation feature worked) on my modded 360 until I pick up my legit copy tomorrow.

Not all of us are out to rob M$, the devs. and publishing companies.
 
I've got Dragon Age: Origins but I still haven't got round to playing it (bloody exams :rolleyes:). It sounds brilliant though, i'll have to play it soon.

I tried my damnedest to get Alistair to have sex with me, but he never gave me the option. And his approval for me was way above 75%.

So I had to settle for Zevran, although he was cute too. But he was just too easy.
 
I died and went to heaven in this thread! I don't know WHY I haven't found it sooner. Since I'm back at school I can't play online because the internet here is beyond shit...but I play a few games sometimes with a few people here. I play Brawl(the only game I own on the Wii) SF4,SC4(unbeatable in that game as Ivy), COD MW2, Halo 3ODST, GOW2, Naruto BB, Ultimate MK3, MvsC2 GH3,WT,5,&Van Halen, RB1 & 2, Prototype, Assassin's Creed 2, and Dragon Ball Raging Blast to name a few...you don't want to get me started.lmao I'm an all around gamer, good at just about everything so I enjoy a good challenge...even when I lose, although I can be a bit competitive. I just can't lose in fighting games though especially Soul Calibur. Ever since I mastered Ivy I've never lost playing as her ever since Soul Calibur 2 and not even the Japanese people I've played against online beat me.lol

Sorry I went off on a tangent but I LOVE playing video games...I can't wait until Spring Break so I can play online again...even if it's only for a week. If anyone wants to play with me we can exchange gamertags in a PM :D

I've recently started Assassin's Creed 2. Is it just me, or are video game male characters really are getting more sexy? Ezio is digital eye candy. As is Nathan Drake in Uncharted. Not to mention dozens others.:drool:
 
I've became obsess with Psychonauts and DiRT2 in the last two weeks. Both are great games! :D

Of course, both on PC.

Twilight Princess on Gamecube after playing it on the Wii is a mindwrecker...it's almost like playing a new game in terms of strategy in combat.
 
Just beat Mass Effect 2. Awesome game, but seemed shorter than the first, despite having two discs.
