I'm also really looking forward to Birth By Sleep, but I've been hearing a lot of good things about 358/2 Days.

Yeah. 358/2 Days is amazing. I actually like doing all the missions such as collecting hearts, recon, and fighting bosses. The bosses in this game are really cool. I love limit mode too.

If your health gets low enough you can activate limit mode and roxas goes ape shit and just slashes the fuck out of the target in every direction. The keyblade almost looks like a saber too.

Speaking of which the way you level up is different. You have different panels and spaces. The concept sort of reminds me of JUS. You can place level up blocks, potions, spells, and weapons in the slots. Some weapons have 2 additional slots to put a power up or unlock block. Each weapon does something different too.

The wild weapon looks like a scythe and extends so far and has lots of power. The airiel one which I am using right now instantly does a zig zag pattern up and is perfect for airiel combies. Also if you attack an enemy on the ground and press Y you launch into the air and do a spin thing and slam him.

I am so glad that you can get creative with the weapons and moves like in previous games. I have to admit even though COM is fun it sort of lacked creativity with the weapons as cards. However the special moves and sleights you could do were fun.

I hear that there is also a slight reference or cameo to Birth By Sleep in this game.

Also. BIRTH BY SLEEP HAS STITCH, GANTU, JUMBA, AND SPARKY (Experiment 621)

For Birth by Sleep each of the characters has their own story relating to finding to someone and each story is pretty long. I think the total gameplay excluding hunting for secret and side stuff is 50 hours long. That's what the maker of the game said anyways. Also each character has their own element such as earth, water, and wind.

I probably really will have to get a PSP for Birth By Sleep. Also BBS, Days, and Coded have all been confirmed to be leading up to an unnamed KH title. Possibly KH3 :O

Street Fighter 4 is supposed to take place between 2 and 3 as for as chronology.

oops...that's what i meant to say ridiculous. for SSF4 i'm hoping they throw Dee Jay and Adon(total game crush) in the mix. and atleast one more female fighter. dunno why they had to bring T-Hawk's useless ass back....

Mysims racing kinda failed. Both the DS and Wii version. It was kind of odd driving around town in a kart too.

It seems that really Crash Bandicot Team Racing and Diddy Kong Racing have been able to pull that off. But not too many others.

Although some of the power ups were interesting.

It takes ages to find a game whether your connection is shit or not, so if you're getting impatient just stick with it. That's what I have been doing - they had better upgrade the servers for the games actual release!

I've got my limited edition pre-ordered. And I wouldn't usually spend the extra money for something that isn't really worth it - but it's less than a tenner more expensive than the ordinary one. So I thought, what the hell.

For a couple of days now I've been playing Kingdom Hearts 358/2.

A good game, and you learn quite a bit about certain characters (Roxas), but not even close to 1 or 2.

I beat Uncharted 2 (on hard) on Wednesday night. It came out on Tuesday, if that's any indication of how good it is! It's an improvement over the first game in every way possible. Definitely best game of the year material.

I agree. Although I haven't completed it on hard yet, just easy.
But can I just say that it's not that easy. I stayed up till 3am playing it so I could get to the end. It was like a book you couldn't put down or a movie you didn't want to get up to go to the toilet. It was riveting the entire way through.

The end cutscene is one of the most hilarious endings of any book/film/video game EVER.

I love everything about this game and am going to be playing it for a long time - no other game will be getting a look in, most likely, till the next Wii Zelda.

I've been playing Tekken 5 Dark Resurrection on my new PS3.
Saw the new 250G version in stores and thought I'd get one with my tax return money.

I got Uncharted 2 with it but haven't played it yet. Waiting for plenty of free time before I get into it.

Nah, I'm only at level 21 just now and it's really slowing down - I find the best games are Plunder or the co-op arena's for levelling up.

Nah, I'm not bad actually Slowly getting better. But I always seem to find myself on really bad teams. Like the other guys will be properly helping eachother to slaughter our asses, but my guys are just running all over the place.

eg. Plunder matches where I make a grab for the treasure and suddenly everyone runs off to collect ammo Or if I pass it to someone and they just stand there.

It's so much fun when people actually help eachother though. I've had some awesome co-op arenas

I get those mostly actually - I have two friends who are a married couple and are absolutely hilarious, who are really good and have been playing the multiplayer since they got it. We've been doing survival. 39,500 I just got from one match!

Doing it again now by the looks of things.

I've got my platinum trophy and have mostly been playing single player - I'm now hooked on the multiplayer.

But I get what you mean about the teams, and it's better if the teams have mics as well so you can stick together and plan routes and things - how do you like to play?

I'm not much of an online gamer really, so I pretty much just make it up as I go I try to help my team mates as much as possible though.
But I'll add you next time I'm on.

Is the platinum difficult to get? I'm only on my second playthrough

Well I played it on easy first then jumped to hard and then did it on crushing. The difficult trophies to get are the Treasure ones, and the weapon ones. Those are the ones that took me longest. Once I finished crushing though I went on Very Easy (that was brilliant) to get the trophies I hadn't yet managed to get.

I'm not an online gamer really either - this is the first game I have played online that has lasted me more than five minutes.

I love the game though, how brilliant is the single player?!

Elena is still better than Chloe and how good is the final cutscene! I was pissing myself laughing. Anyway, off to bed now.

Is definitely one of the most fun and immersive games I've ever played.

I find Chloe a lot more interesting, but I think that Elena managed to still come out on top. I'd love them to do some sort of Chloe spin-off though

For me, it's because Elena has nicer clothes and hair for multiplayer! lol

Well not just that, Chloe was brillliant and perhaps she'll be back in the next one with Sully! lol
