I'll have to check Lunia out, never heard of it. I'm already drooling over Diablo 3...I don't think I can wait another year (or longer knowing Blizzard.)

I picked up Bioshock 2 and Dante's Inferno. Bioshock 2 is epic and is as good, if not better, than the first one.

Dante's Inferno...I have mixed opinions about. The game itself is really beautiful, and the team did a good job bringing the poem to life. However, the gameplay itself is excruciating sometimes; the game likes to punish you by making health hard to obtain. I'm about halfway through, and not sure if I can muster up the energy to finish. The game has a lot of neat concepts/ideas, but most of them are implemented poorly, which ultimately weakens the game.

Heavy Rain comes out next week, and God of War III next month, both of which I am creaming my jeans over :D.
 
Bioshock 2 was underwhelming and short. Wasn't all that impressed with the story. It seemed to lack continuity with the first.

Maybe I zoned out during important portions of the dialogue, but I still don't understand the relationship between Delta and Eleanor. I know they're father / daughter, but is she the product of the a union between Delta and Sophia Lamb? Or was it some wired science shit that bonded the two together?

It just seem like they cobbled a bunch of stuff together and forced you to accept it. They didn't do a good job explaining the events after the first and where the second picks up at. The story in the first game was complete, clear and fluid. The play time was much longer to.

I hope the next game doesn't take place in Rapture. I'd like a prequel, before Rapture went to shit, in the form of an action RPG (like Fallout 3).

I'm really looking forwarding to the new Splinter Cell. That new trailer makes me want it even more.
 
I just got Bioshock 2 and Dragon Age Origins. I hear that there are a couple of Bi characters that you can get it on with. Who are they and how do I do it?

Dragon Age is fun...and addicting! Watch out...you'll end up wasting an entire afternoon playing it, lol. And you can go to a brothel in the main city (forget what it's called at the moment) and hire either sex prostitute as either sex character...basically, you can have gay sex. They don't really show anything, just your character and the prostitute in, like, leather print loin cloths...though I'm glad games are actually moving into being comfortable with gay sex :D.
 
Resident Evil 5: Lost in Nightmares DLC with the boyfriend

Opinion? Exactly the kind of game resident evil should be and a hell of a lot scarier too. I actually screamed and jumped out of my skin a few times while playing - even on the 4th go. In that 30 minutes of gameplay I had 10 times more fun than all the good bits of resi 5 put together. I really felt like I was playing number 1 again and now I really hope that they do some more remakes.

One more thing... I wouldn't try doing this alone, I haven't tried it but even having a conscious living person being Chris was difficult - I can't imagine what the AI is like!

You can also play as Barry and Excella in Mercenaries reunion. What bugs me about this is that there are no new stages and none of the characters from mercenaries are in reunion.

Chris looks buff with his shirt off and I can rarely restrain from taking the piss out of Sheva but I just can't take her seriously with her new costume - to the point where I've actually lol'd.
 
Battlefield Bad Company 2 Beta for PC. Was playing Star Trek Online for a bit but there just isn't enough to do in the game.

yeah STO is i bit like that it is really really repetitive like the dev has no imagination at all its good for a while though

but am kinda sick of the explore missions scan carnivorus plant now scan 3 more it is always 3 more!

kill 4 klingon patrols kill 4 klingon patrols

there is about 1 good mission per 10 levels but even those are ruined by having kill 4 xxxx patrols in between the missions

I think Lucifer's massive dangling genitalia at the end makes up for the influx of breasts that occurs early in the game. ;)
 
Resident Evil 5's DLC the one with Jill and Chris, shortest fucking DLC I've ever played in my life it would be considered a demo.

The fact that it's short doesn't really detract from the quality of it. The DLC was what RE5 should have actually been and was a great fan service despite being a little short. Me and the boyfriend played through it 5 times the first night.

Plus you get to play as Jill again which is worth £3.99 in itself.
 
Prince of Persia for 360.

It's pretty repetitive, and can be frustrating at times, but overall it's a fun distraction on a dead weekday evening.

plus the main character is pretty sexy... now if only he'd shut his mouth!
 
back on UFC Undisputed. Can't wait for the sequel, but I forgot how much that game kills your hands & wrists...
 
i got Super Paper Mario (for Wii) and Beatles Rock Band (also Wii) for my b-day, so i've been playing those. also re-playing Ultimate Alliance on the pro-reg side in hopes of unlocking Iron Fist to no avail. i don't think Iron Fist is even IN the Wii version which is total bull shit.

i like Super Paper Mario all right, i can't play it for very long without getting bored though.

We'll see. My boyfriend gets his replacement PS3 tomorrow!!! Yay!!!

Probably do RE5 story in the new costumes!
 
Ok, people might not even know what this is...but I pulled out my Dreamcast last night, and started playing this really cute rpg I have called Evolution: The World of Sacred Device. It's a pretty simple game both graphically and gameplay wise, but I have never beaten it so I'm going for it now. XD

I just finished my first playthrough of Heavy Rain, and it will definitely get multiple playthroughs from me. There are certain decisions that I wanna make differently just to see how things play out.

This game is really hard to put down. You're put into really INTENSE situations, and you start to panic with the controls kinda like how you would react in real life. And I did NOT see the identity of the killer coming...it was a total shock! But I don't wanna spoil anything. I can't get over how awesome this game is. It's a definite must for any PS3 owner (plus male nudity doesn't hurt -- although it's not full frontal like GTA)!

Friend from UK got his game in and Europe gets the DLC before North America so they should feel lucky about that. I still won't get my Heavy Rain until March 1st, I'm like the only loser who will have to wait until next week.
