I have been busy trimming trees and cutting down trees, and now the rains have come, so I best get busy posting here. Fall is in the air, it only 66 degrees as we approach 2 pm.

I have never had bones in my fillets, they did do a lousy job.

I usually have them cut the thick end to a half pound fillet.

I had some lamb chops last night
