I think I'm going to drop out of Orgo II for this semester.
1.) This would allow me to re-take Orgo I (lecture) next semester and get a much better understanding of the material (I kinda bs'ed my way through Orgo I and the material really didn't stay with me).
2.) I'm really stressed out and exhausted every day of the week (well, except Saturday) because of Orgo II and how I know I'm not up to par with the other students who know the material better (i.e. I was completely lost during my four hour orgo lab last week and just followed what other people were doing and I have thought/stressed about it at least once every day since).
3.) I'm not even sure I'm going to stay in a Biology major, so why should I bother putting myself through this right now? And if I do decide to stay with a Biology major, I think that maybe I would be better off re-taking Orgo I (like mentioned earlier)
The only negative things would be that I would be putting myself behind schedule if I decide to stay a Biology major and that I would receive a "W" for the course.
I'm still not sure though...thoughts?

I think that it's better to start over from the beginning, especially if you're struggling. And I don't know what a 'W' is but it's gotta be better than a bad grade in the course, or the stress it's causing you to get a good grade...
I'm pretty sure a "W" stands for withdrawn. It basically a sign that you dropped the class a decent portion of the way in and that it was probably the result of the student doing poorly (so having them on your transcript is not a good thing).
