Once or more weekly.
Breakfast:
bagel with cheese & bacon, milk, tea, raisin toast, fried breakfast-bacon or bangers/eggs/potatoes/toast, pancakes

Lunch:
Weekends - don't bother on account of large breakfast. Weekdays - pizza, pasta, chicken, curry, soup.

Dinner:
Roast meats, hamburgers, chicken in various sauces, spaghetti, meat pie, salmon, potatoes roasted or mashed, carrots, peas. Salad if I'm out, which isn't all that often.

Apparently I'm supposed to eat more vegetables or something.

Snacks:
Soda crackers, chips, strawberries.

I don't eat staples. Little bits of metal are really bad for you.

Sorry, but it had to be done, and no one else was doing it.

Pretty much anything and everything of vegetable origin ... as a lifelong vegetarian, I'm not much of a fan of any of that dead-animal-corpse derived stuff.

I eat lots of different things, all vegetable, dairy, or egg. Lately I seem to eat a lot of Napa cabbage, but I eat cheese to excess.

Hmm. Thinking about this has made me realize that the foods I eat most and the foods I LIKE most hardly overlap (except for Napa cabbage). Depressing, but goes with being older, I guess.

One of the benefits of my work is that I don't eat staples. My diet changes all the time with what is on hand. If forced down to the basest elements, though....

pecans, almonds, granola, various breads, bagels, eggwhites, chilis and spicy condiments of every sort, any sort of seafood, kimchi, indian pickles, peanut butter, hummus, tofu, pastas, anchovies, too many varieties of vegetable to name, dal preps, beans, corn tortillas, vietnamese soups (seriously, a problem), yogurt, fancypants coffee in huge quantities, green tea, beer, instant noodles from the Asian mega-store, soda crackers, rice, tortilla chips, hash brown burritos (another problem), avocados galore, an endless variety of american soups, mixed greens salads.

I'm embarassed to admit: Hansen's Diet Sodas.

Noticably absent: fresh fruit, sweets.

Wish I could eat more: meat, cheese, pastry, spirits, very expensive meals.

I literally lol'd at this because I had peanut butter on toast for breakfast, grilled cheese with Coke for lunch and tossed tomatoes, onions and potatoes (among other things) into a random stir fry with rice and salmon for dinner. No coffee though.
