Considering I'm graduating in May and I owe two arms and a leg in student loans, I doubt the world will be kind to me by ending anytime soon.

Two arms and a leg is all? Shit I owe a fucking torso too. After I finish grad school we can upgrade that to a small village.

But with your major (engineering, I believe), you'll be able to find a job that pays well enough so that you can pay off your college loans by the time you turn 142.

With me however, while there is an abundance of crazy people running around; with my luck, I'll have to resort to these type of marketing tactics in order to see a real profit in my field.

I may even have to lower that base price and charge a penny.

Eventually we'll cross paths with a comet or a gamma ray burst or something. Statistically it will happen after my time. I wouldn't mind nudging humanity in the direction of preparing for those circumstances. And by preparing, I mean planning an effective means of escape, not praying, or world peace or calling your parents "in the living years" or any of that crap. I mean getting the fuck off the planet.
