No Animated GIFs What breed of dog do you want most?

Gorgeous Irish Setter^ :)

I knew one that was an awesome dog but slung(is that a word?) copious amounts of drool all over. Maybe it was a medical issue.

No. They do have a lot of slobber.

They also drop humongous poops. My neighbors had about 6 of them over the time I grew up. The dogs ran loose and always pooped in our yard:mad:

I love all dogs...but its gotta be a German Shepherd :)

This guy, whatever the hell he is, is enough for me.

90-some pounds at 11 months old lab? Vet said he will probably get to 120 full grown. He is not fat. Actually, hes kinda thin.

My mom's black lab is 140, and can put his paws on my shoulders if he stands up. He does have a belly on him.

For me it's Chihuahua for life. I wasn't looking for one, I wanted a small breed dog and was looking for a Yorkie. I found a Chihuahua and I rescued him 4 and a half years ago today, he was the only healthy young small dog available. Then 6 months later I rescued another one who had been abused. They are the sweetest, friendliest, smartest dogs, but can be stubborn, one more than the other, but I love them to bits. I would give a home to a different breed but I prefer small dogs.

Ok. He was about 30 lb when I first found him. He is now in the 90s pushing toward 100. It is obvious he will get bigger because he hasn't grown into his big paws yet.

#1 was the correct post already. French bulldogs are the nicest dogs, the most empathetic, the most attached to their owners and the best adapted to human lifestyles. They need very little living space and can do with short walks, so they are ideal for flats. They also love it if you just want to watch a dvd and have tea. But don't leave them alone for long periods. They need human company.
