Starting Saturday morning, I had no appetite. Went on the day normally. Did not eat anything at all the whole day. The only things I consumed were coffee I the morning and water throughout the day.

Sunday morning, still not hungry and no appetite at all. Had coffee and water only.

Finally Sunday night after 48 hours of no food at all I forced myself to eat a homemade sandwich. Nothing fancy. Just 2 slices of bread and some lunch meet and veggies. And it actually hurt to swallow.

Today is Monday morning. Still no appetite. I'm on the way to the gym. Hoping a workout session will bring back my appetite.

And it's not just not being hungry. It's wanting not to eat.

I feel fine, though. On Sat and Sunday I worked all days renovating a house. No loss of energy or anything. Just drinking a lot of water because it's been hot here.

What could be causing my total lack of appetite? I'm on the muscular side and pretty active so normally I eat a lot. Like 3k to 4k of calories a day.

In the meantime, drink some sports drinks for the electrolytes.

Stress? I lose my appetite when I'm stressed out.

Covid can also cause loss of appetite. Maybe, consider doing a home Covid test.

Fasting. The longer I fast the less appitite I have.

For me it's the heat. Specially the first days of summer. I loose my appetite, although not completely for 2 days. Consider asking your doctor.

Same for me, but it lasts all summer. I typically lose about 8 pounds every summer and gain it all back in the winter.

Have you ever tried spirulina? It's got a good reputation. I gave it a try about two years ago after a mild bout of covid, when I'd hardly touched food for a week. I didn't notice any dramatic benefits after taking it for a month, but I'm sure it did some good. I opted for the tablets because pictures of the soups and smoothies made from the powder looked revolting.

How are your bowels?

Thyroid issues.

Intestinal parasites.

Gypsy curse.

Sunspots.

Bernie Sanders nudes.

See your doctor if it persists more than a few days. Loss of appetite is a giant red flag for multiple types of cancer.

I am on Zepbound i have very little appetite to none.

Maybe contacting your primary doctor and they can run some tests.

I don't have an answer for Dominus. But...
Last week I lost my appetite during an inner ear infection. Actually, had had nausea for a week so I avoided food. Besides, everything tasted bitter including water. But after a few days I noticed I wasn't even hungry. My first thought was, I wonder if that is what it is like taking Zepbound (or one of the others). Starting Wednesday this week I could eat with the help of prescription nausea pill. By Thursday my appetite was coming back.
