Anything that reminds me of who I am. I'll watch DVD's of Buffy, Charmed, or Roswell. Or I'll watch some of my all time favorite movies. A little laughter doesn't hurt either, so I'll watch South Park! Music can help, but sometimes it doesn't. When No Doubt or Gaga aren't strong enough to save the day, I write..because that is what I love to do.
