Music... plain and simple. Singing along to my favorite songs makes me feel happier than anything else.

Music, When I am feeling down I put on some butt bumpin music and dance by myself in my room.

Texts and talking to my friends, almost always puts a smile on my face. Friends are the ones if you do not feel ok will be right there to try and make you feel better.

My animals, nothing makes me feel all warm and fuzzy like like being with my cat and dog whether its running around my yard with my dog or just snuggling up and watching tv with my cat.

And one of the horrible facts.. yes I am a chow hound when I feel down and usually bing eat or eat something bad... one of those things I try not to do but always end up doing it.
