^ It's an ugly dress and Nina Dobrev or The Bella twins wouldn't wear that garbage.
 
The picture at the top of this post shows a blue and black dress. I have also seen this as a white and gold dress. Someone, at different times, has changed the colors on the screen or at least the lighting to make it appear differently. I don't know what the original color was.

Whatever color, it's an ugly thing. Do you honestly think that Kate Middleton (The Dutches of Cambridge) would ever wear such a terrible dress...???
 
And to think, all this was started because someone doesn't know how to use a camera, and thought a horribly overexposed photo was good enough.
