My internet keeps cutting in and out when connected to my NetGear modem/router network. That happens to my laptop, ipad, phone and tv as well. However when I am connected to the free Comcast network it works fine.


Do I need a new modem/router or is it something else? I am not sure why I can get and keep wifi on the Comcast network, but not the one I pay for. Don't they both need my modem/router?

I seem to lose connection a lot more if I am using more than one device at a time.
