And may I add. Evaporated milk is delicious in a strong cup of fresh brewed coffee.
And if you add some grated nutmeg and cinnamon with some vanilla extract and sugar to some ice cold evaporated milk it makes a pretty good eggless egg nog.
At the moment we have around 40 cans on hand for emergencies and uses. Along with Parmalat milk.
