What did you have for breakfast today?

Coffee and Pastries at my local LGBTQ+ Community Center. I went light because my stomach was torn up last night, and I wanted to go easy on it today.
 
Coffee w/1% Milk, and grits with spread (I've had a tumultuous stomach for the last couple of days, so I thought I'd take it easy on breakfast this morning.

Yoghurt with sweet fried chili paste.
 
Skipped breakfast today. Needed those extra hours of sleep. 😴
