Pretty much the same breakfast I've been eating every morning: carambola/starfruit, muscadine grapes, orange/pineapple juice blend, 2 cups coffee w/1% low-fat milk, 4 slices toast with spread and apricot preserves.

I went to a coffee clatch at my local LGBTQ community center. So I had two cups of Starbucks coffee with creamer, a dried fruit and nuts mix, and couple of pastries and a croissant. Before I left for the meeting, I had Concord grapes and orange juice at home.

I went out to breakfast today with the guys for the first time since Covid hit. I had coffee with cream, banana and walnut pancakes, and a side order of bacon. I also had an orange at home before I left for the restaurant.
