Last night out was
Tortellini con Salsiccia - in a rich tomato sauce w/ egg plant and carmelized onions.
A glass of Cabernet-Sauvignon, and Limoncello laced frappe'

I ate good tonight..........I went to visit my aunt and uncle and my aunt game me a big platter of home-made lasagna to take home.

A teryaki chicken and mushroom sandwich and fries from Penn Station.

Tonight I made shell pasta with garbanzo and lima beans, sweet onions, and fresh mushrooms.

I sprinkled some Pecorino Romano cheese over it. Delicious!

The Pizza Fairy left some Salvatore's Double Crust Pepperoni Pizza for me.
w/ glass of 1% milk.
