Chicken salad for dinner... lettuce, tomato, sliced onions, cucumber, croutons, a little shredded cheese, balsamic, with baked buffalo style chicken strips chopped up on top... damn bell peppers at the grocery store all looked like little wrinkly martian asses so my salad had to go without : (... to drink, tropical punch koolaid sweetened with equal.

I know you hate me, but...

Myself, I had a big bowl of roasted veggie soup.

There's this *fabulous* deli down the street from me that makes the most incredible soups.....

$5.95 for a quart, which lasts for two meals, and it's some kind of amazing....

fried cornflakes catfish over ceaser salad. housemade peanut butter cup. (pb mousse, whipped ganach and caramel)

Grilled Chicken
Brown Rice
Corn on the Cob

BBQ chicken
Cauliflower w/cheese sauce
Green salad with red wine dressing

3 frozen Hershey's Dark Chocolate kisses for dessert

I woke up very late today, so I only had one meal. It was pasghetti with a nummy sauce with olives and some other veggies. And then I made a milkshake for dessert. Coffee ice cream, oddly enough, makes somewhat unsatisfying milkshakes.
