What did you have for dinner?

A big bowl of homemade chili and I added some chocolate to it and it was fantastic.

I had chicken cordon blue (yuck), italian meatballs (worse), cheeseburger (yum) and some shrimp lo mein (yummy). All served at my buddy's birthday party.
 
A buffet at the Golden Corral, which is a U.S. chain.

SALAD: tossed with French dressing. Added croutons, raisins and sunflower seeds to it. Also a little bit of potato salad.

DINNER: Fried catfish, fried chicken, small amount of mashed potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, a few fried shrimp.

DESSERT: chocolate chocolate cake.
 
I will make a fresh salad, grill corn on the cob and a tenderloin steak
 
well dynk, if thats considered dessert then you have made 2 people very unhappy as i am on a diet right now. :cry:
 
Rotisseried Chicken,
Oven Roasted, Seasoned Potato Wedges,
Corn

PLUS, we finished up some Pot Stickers and a little Green Pepper Beef (slightly spicy) leftover from the other day.
I still like Dynk's dinner!
 
Chicken Breast (marinated in Lemon, Ginger, Chilli and Soy Sauce), with mash potato, steamed brocolli and corn on the cob. Strawberries and ice cream for dessert.
