Shepherd's Pie(of a sort!)
I'll be having steak pie with cabbage and roast potatoes.
I will make a salad, rice, grilled swordfish and corn on the cob
Lunch will likely be my major meal, today -
Chicken, Walnut, Craisin salad w/ Romaine and Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Tasty, and on the light side.

Sliced chicken sandwich with Swiss and tomato, V8 juice, and chocolate chip/pecan cookies.
I was right about yesterday - had an Arby's RB sandwich and jamocha shake on the way to the hospital.
Tonight, Chinese takeout.
Ginger Beef and String Beans - very good.
Sizzling Mandarin Steak - also very good.
Yes, I was in a beef mood. Only ate a bit of each.

Had an appointment to donate platelets (Apheresis) at the Red Cross after work, so grabbed a Whopper on the way home.

Around 4PM Thursday:
salad = cole slaw
dinner = beef short ribs, mashed potatoes and gravy, and peas. The gravy and potatoes were both cooked-from-scratch stuff.
drink = water
at The Original Pantry restaurant in downtown Los Angeles. Their entrance has NO LOCK, because they never close. Food there is yummy!!! But don't go there if you're vegetarian or vegan, there's not much for that...
