  • Hi Guest - Did you know?
Hot Topics is a Safe for Work (SFW) forum.

What did you have for dinner?

bacon pizza, pasta with alfredo, pesto pasta salad, more salad with honey mustard, tapioca milk tea!
:]

home made chicken pie, separate mashed potatoes and carrots/pees/pearl onions

leftover beef stew, a slice of toast and milk

Leg/Thigh qtr from Rotisseried Chicken,
Msutard potato salad on the run to the hospital.

Sounds a WHOLE LOT better than my quickie on the run!
Yum!

beef lasagna, zucchini, some other kind of yellow squash, chicken bell pepper pizza, bacon-cheese-egg breakfast burrito, milk tea

Yellow squash, if similar to Zucchini, is probably either Summer Squash )straight or crook neck) or yellow Zucchini.

We do a squash medley either just with butter, oil, dill, or another with onions and tomatoes -- We've done canned ratatouille using zucchini, summer squash, onions, tomatoes, garlic, basil, black pepper. Used to cook up and can 100-150qts a year - made a great fast sauce mid-winter -- pour into a deep cast iron skillet with some oil, more garlic, cook down till thick. Serve over pasta, lots of grated/shredded cheese.

I think I will make up a salisbury steak tonight on the grill with grilled corn on the cob

I was recently asked whether I am a vegetarian
I think I can deny that.

Supposedly "fat free" sausages my flatmate left.
I successfully added enough fat to make up for that.

looks good for a vegetarian

Our sausages are so fat here, I now only buy them from a local farm that makes them.
