I'm planning to cook for tonight:
Fried chopped steak with onions and gravy (gotta love the South!)
Homemade mashed potatoes
Biscuits (have to sop up that gravy!)
Sweet Tea
There's apple sauce in the fridge if you want dessert.

I am cooking a lobster pie tonight
We had spaghetti w/ homemade sauce - with simmered short ribs, italian sausage, meatballs -- I started the sauce in the crock pot to tenderize the short ribs, overnight,along with the sausage to imbue the sauce with flavour. The next day I transferred to a larger pot so I could add the meatballs and simmer them slowly.
A little good, crusty Italian bread, Skim Milk.
My wife complimented me on the meatballs and the sauce, so I must have done good, lol.
