What did you have for dinner?

I like mine Pittsburg Black and Blue - nicely charred on the outside, mooing on the inside.
 
Pittsburg is the only way to cook a steak. Get that flame going and singe that steak. Cold and red on the inside and black on the outside
 
Albacore in Water is healthier for you.
You get plenty of oil from the mayo you mix with the tuna.
I always like adding lots of stuff to my tuna "salad" - make it a real salad - celery, carrots, peppers, onion, some fresh ground black pepper, and enough mayo to moisten/hold together, but not drown the tuna.

Can always boil up some elbows, shells, or similar, and make a Tuna Mac Salad out of it - voila', a whole, balanced meal in one.

Summer food!
 
I had a "garbage plate" for lunch - too full for dinner.
(Two hots, homefries, macaroni salad, all smothered in hot meat sauce and chopped raw onions - Grease for Peace, as they say.
 
A couple Arby's Jr. Specials on the way home from donating platelets, and a "value" jamocha shake.
 
Fish and chips with malt vinager at the Mud Shark in Lake Havasu. Super yummy.

tonight I will make a salad, grilled tenderloin steaks and grilled red tomato slices
 
Had a spicy marinara w/ sausage, red peppers over rigatoni, some chianti, bread, salad w/ creamy bleu cheese last night.

Tasty, but I paid for it.
