even Moro Bay but definitely Californicated. lol.
 
Not being near el barrio, my exposure to cuisine from South of the Border is limited.

I do, however, love Paella Valenciana and Jambalaya, as well as many other wonderful foods of spanish influence.

Cholesterol on Sunday Night.

My beef stew came out good and I picked up a fresh baguette to go with it
 
I had a microwave meal tonight, chicken parm with pasta. Not as good as the authentic Italian stuff, of course. ;P

Homemade in that I made it from what little was in the fridge; shallots, yellow pepper, green chilli, baby plum tomatoes, chorizo, black pepper and some soft garlic cheese stirred in at the last minute.
 
Twill be leftover veggies from the chuck roast, and some beef, if there's any left - made a big pot - it's that season - comfort food.
 
Tacos and enchiladas night here.

The best part......salad is in the Taco.
