No. It was a light meal.
My cholesterol is great - the med's took from 200+ to under 100 most of the time.
and, it was only a little margarine to coat the pasta.
I used canola oil for the pan for the eggs.
And, they have gotten a much cleaner bill of health for heart healthy.
 
Current studies show margarine is just as bad or worse than butter.

Minor modifications to the tub of margarine and you would be put B.F.

Goodrich/Goodyear to the wall.

Even the cockroaches and ants won't touch that stuff.

Lunch was homemade Trail mix for day #4.
Zapped some more "bowties" and scrambled a couple eggs when i got home - Chicken is in the oven roasting as we "speak".
Skim milk.
 
Beef Stew (All fresh at 6 a.m.

Green salad

Buttermilk Biscuits.
 
Dinner? What's that?
Oh, yeah, I think we had some leftover pizza that someone
picked up Friday night when I had subgum wonton soup.

Had Roasted Chicken in there, somewhere, too.
