Fried Swiss Cheese Sandwich on 12 grain bread w/Spread, Tomato, Mayonnaise, and pickles, and Iced Tea to drink. I had three slices of Swiss Cheese that started to show a hint of mold, so I figured that I'd better use them up quick.

I had a tuna linguini recipe that I once got out of a cookbook. You mix linguini, a bit of tuna, green peas, milk, parmesan cheese, a bit of flour, and some black pepper, and you essentially stir-fry the ingredients. Sounds simple but it's surprisingly good.
