I had a Waldorf salad. This is the first time I've made it with Granny Smith apples, which are a bit tart, so I wondered if I should adjust the ingredients (a little more sugar, a little less lemon juice, etc.). Turns out that it worked out well with no other changes, with the apples providing a nice crispness to the salad.

I had tuna noodle casserole, a simple recipe I got from my ex's grandmother many years ago. You make it with noodles or pasta, a can of tuna, a can of cream of chicken soup, and 3/4 can milk, and an onion. I added chopped celery and chopped carrot, topped with bread crumbs, and heat it in the oven.
