Turkey Slices and Swiss Cheese on 12 grain bread slices, w/tomato, pickles, mayonnaise, and spicy brown mustard, Cole Slaw, Tortilla Chips w/Salsa, ad Iced Tea w/lemon juice to drink.
 
Tuna Noodle Casserole made with whole wheat penne pasta, 1 can of chunk light tuna, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 3/4 canned milk, black pepper, onion, celery, and carrot, topped with bread crumbs, paprika, and melted spread, and then cooked in the oven. I got the recipe from my ex's grandmother many years ago. The celery and carrot I added to it myself, and it's probably better and smoother made with plain noodles, but I had the penne pasta on hand. Served with iced tea w/lemon juice.
 
I had lomo Saltado last Monday , the days afterwards I've eaten little food without feeling anything ...
 
I had Chinese takeout from a mall food court. It was pork pieces in some kind of red sweet BBQ-style sauce, Fried Rice, egg roll, and Iced Tea to drink.
