What do cats sound like in Russia?

I especially hate cheap dubbing in movies where young boys are dubbed by adult men trying to sound like young boys. It's creepy and pathetic.
 
^ They are, but there are plenty of cheap, scattershot producers who contract out the dubbing work to inept companies who don't give a fuck. This is especially true for the Asian international market.
