Without any further information, share some tips and help a sis out.

Murder and mayhem.

Pass the guy's name on to me.

Be realistic about what happened and why, have a good cry or a fit, then move on. Get busy because life goes on!

The best way to get over a man is to get under a man

I like this.

But seriously. The best thing is to get yourself out there among other people and not pine for the loss.

Remember what you love. That may be learning, motorcycles, creating, meeting new people, renovation, sports, or anything. Your life wasn't defined by your lover before you met him. Your heartbreak now is due to your lover taking a disproportionate amount of your heart. Take back the loves you had that you still have for other things. Let them fill you with purpose and passion again, and let the lover's loss shrink back to the proper proportion.

Thank you for your input, NotHardUp1. Yes, it sucks. Sucks so bad. It stings and it smarts like fuck. That feeling deep within your chest just won't seem to go away, that insufferable feeling as though you're about to choke... all becomes a struggle. But, there's only so much you can do about it, right? Time is the ultimate healer, I guess. The wound will eventually become a scar on its own.

I appreciate your wise and kind words. :D

Super glue. Holds it together so well you don't have to worry about it breaking again.

Bwahahahaha, thanks, I actually needed this laughter.

If only a super glue meant for broken hearts DID exist.

Can't offer any advice, but do hope your broken heart feels better (*8*)

Luckily not something I've ever had to deal with (there are some advantages to never having dated .lol. )
Only solution I could see happening to me would be to crawl into a dark corner somewhere, shrivel up & die of that broken heart...
