This was actually my second thought upon seeing the image. The first being 'really Johann, you don't know what that is?'

It would seem more appropriate to write a note asking him to clean it up or telling him that he should dispose of the used tissues immediately after use. The image linked has 324,000 views and the related images are entitled 'more from /r/WTF', so the image was obviously posted to Reddit and has probably been re-posted to other social bookmarking websites as well (unless Johann browses /r/WTF, which would genuinely surprise me). Despite the anonymity though, it's just low to ridicule a teenager after violating his privacy when a simple note would be more productive.
