What Do You Think About Shaved Arm Pits?

I guess that what I dislike about shaved pits is that to me it seems excessively vain. And vanity is a huge turnoff. I cannot stand men with high-maintenance hair for the same reason. Or who use make-up, no matter WHAT the 'Queer Eye' queens dictate! They spend more time in front of a mirror than women do. Just be clean, dress well, smell nice, smile...! That's fine for me.

It takes me about 10-15 seconds per week for each arm. I just do it when I'm showering once in a while as part of my routine. I have never used makeup but it does not bother me that other people do. I would never consider myself to be high maintenance. And I'm not telling anyone what to like or dislike, or what to do or not do. It does not matter to me if I'm the only one that does it. And if it makes people feel better to look down on me because I do it....that is fine as well.

Men are either trying to look like prepubescent boys or women, neither of which I am the least bit interested in.

Give me the natural look.

I could not agree more. I just don't understand guys need to shave certain parts of their body.

I have no desire to look like a boy or a woman. Anyone that really knows me know that. I'm glad that you like the natural look but there are other reasons.

I do find it interesting that so many men have a fetish for body hair and they feel the need to demonize anyone that does not go with the flow.

Actually, the hair is there to reduce friction. The smell comes from glands and sweat. You can't shave those off.

WTF are they teaching kids these days?

That hair is what makes you a man. Real men have body hair. Girls and little boys have no body hair. I like men.

Just have to love the clarity......|

both are nice depends on the person..personally i like to trim as i find it unsightly to walk about with a mound of fluff sticking out from underneath my arms.. whatever you wanna do really it's all fine isn't it ?

Especially when it peeks out from under your arm! How gross.

trim dat shit but dont shave it like a bitch.

did that sound ignorant. lol

It can go either way for me. Sometimes a guy can look really hot shaved and sometimes not. Trimed is also good. If a guy has really thick arm pit hair then please trim.

I'm not demonising it. I'm simply saying that many 'shavers' go a lot farther than I am comfortable with, and I don't understand the rationale behind completely shaving the pubic regions except to look a lot younger. I just happen to be one of those people who doesn't find that attractive, nor am I comfortable with it. Instead, it's a complete turn-off for me, even when I read it in a story (at which time I stop reading).

For those who like the 'clean' look and get off on it, then more power to them. However, I was asked what I thought about shaved armpits. I was merely responding to the question.

Dunno, I've considered shavin' ma pit hair before, primarily because there's so much of it and it looks a bit stupid. Never had the compulsion to shave any other part of ma body though. Give the pubes a trim from time to time for the sake of neatness but I look, to be perfectly frank, like a spectacular twat with a shaven chest.
Usualy go for guys with a bit of bodyhair maself anyway.

Some guys suit the whole shaven/waxed thing though, so I aint knockin' it. I find it intensesly annoying when folk insist that guys whole like thier men with shaven whatever have some underlying kiddy-fiddeling issues. 'Tis utter bollocks.

You sound exactly like the guys on here who rant about how they would never date an effeminate gay man.

You know. The "g0ys."

I personally shave my chest, stomach, legs, arms, and armpits but then again I AM a drag queen so my job pretty much dictates that I do.

On other guys however, it really depends on the person. Some guys look good with hair, some don't.

I'm attracted to men because they look like men. I don't want any 'manscaping' or shaving done with the MAN I choose to be with.

Hygiene is essential to eliminating unpleasant odors of any kind. The 'musky' smell of a man is going to be there regardless.

I suppose if you're a drag queen, it necessitates the shaving, and MAYBE if you live in tropical climates it might help out, but I don't see a reason otherwise. Hell, I have hair in plenty of other places I'd get rid of before I'd start worrying about my pits.
