What do you think of people with ACNE?

Meaning some pimples and scars scattered on the face, not just one zit. When you see them, do you:

-Ignore them?
-Not care?
-shudder and are disgusted?
-Not look at them?
-Think to yourself, "eewww!"
-Feel bad?
-Other?

honestly- it doesnt matter to me- i dont feel bad for them or anything because ... because it just doesnt matter to me. i have a crush on this guy from college he has a serious acne problem. but i dont care hes still cute. hes acne actually makes him more cute for me

Doesn't matter to me either. I've been attracted to guys before (and dated a few) who've had acne problems, no big deal.

My Mother is Drop Dead Gorgeous @ 51 and she still gets Acne flare-ups. She has oily skin so she'll have acne issues probably the rest of her life..

I'm 32 with oily-skin and I'll get a pimple every blue moon but no where near as bad as when I was a teen..Drinking lots of water and Using a moisturizer daily keeps those Red aggravating fuckers away...

I usually date people in their late 20's to 40's. I can't recall dating anyone with serious acne issues. Acne issues is not a deal breaker for me since I am prone to get them. No one has ever closed the door in my face if they saw a pimple on me cheek..

There was a show I watched that talked about Super-Stars that had no issues with showing their acne-scars...

Bruce Willis has acne scars on his shoulders and back. They cover it up when he's filming but he doesnt care when his picture is taken while vacationing topless...

^Heh yeah, I understand that. I have some pretty bad scars on my shoulders and it bothers me like nothing other. Kind of lose self-esteem even though other people keep saying they dont care.

Guess its kind of the same with hair too. Might be having a bad hair day, but no one else seems to notice.

ok that was mean Acne doesnt bother me i usually go for a persons personality not their face ofcourse acne can be imrpoved and shit so thank god.

Because it's a common affliction that's semi-uncontrollable, it prob would't bother me until I knew the person well enough to want to break out the skin-care products (i.e. cleanser, facial scrub, etc)

As a past sufferer of moderate acne, I can sympathize with fellow acne sufferers. It doesn't matter to me at all. It's horrible having acne, and I'm thankful that as soon as I got out of adolescence it calmed down, but not until I went through the dark side of cleansers, treatments, and medications. But remembering how I felt (paranoid) if people looked at me with disgust due to my acne, I could never judge someone because of it. Of course, they still have to be attractive to me, but that's not judging them because they may have acne - I can look beyond that.

I'm 19 and my teenage acne is finally going away, which is exciting. I had a fair amount when I was younger, and I remember feeling very self conscious, so I always try to show a guy that I like who has acne that I really don't care.

yep truthfully if they do have acne its not so bad as long as you can realize what they look like under the acne, its not like their permanently scared for life, that proactive works well and it can help them.
