Even at normal "partition" urinals, if a guy tries hard enough, he can look at your cock. I have yet to go into a place in the UK or Spain that has "partition" urinals though, they all have either individual ceramic urinals next to each other, but with no partition, or the trough type. It just seems a bit strange to me when a guy goes into a cubical to take a piss. Just be proud of what you've got.

In my drinking days, I didn't mind them. It meant I could go when I had to (drink one beer, pee enough for four) - little waiting time. It also meant little aiming required. A must, for drunken pissing.
