Trying to guess The Future has always been a fascinating exercise in frustration, because it's usually turned out Much different than predicted.
The only thing we can Know, for Sure, is The Past.
Our dear friend, Lola, passed away, last week, at the age of 104. Her stories were Legend! And, what she had witnessed, and experienced, during her life time, was nothing short of Amazing! SHE found all the changes Astounding, and she'd Lived through them!
These days, technology is advancing at unparalleled speed. We can't even predict what to expect in 5yr!
SO ... Rather than 100yr. out, how about we bring that down to 25yr? To give you a clue as to how far we can travel in that time, here's what computers looked like 25yr ago, in 1987:

Yes, the Internet was still in it's infancy, with only "dial up" capability, and all our CRT monitors could show us was text, or moving "dots". "Pong" anyone??
Now ... Will JUB still be around in 2037? Who knows? Butt, I'd like to think it will be.
Though I doubt it will be Anything like it is now, since it's changed SO much since I first joined, only 8yr. ago. However, by whatever media JUB might be functioning in, I'm thinking the core interests, that drive it now, will still be viable. It's just a question about which forms it will take.
By that time, I'll be 87, provided I survive (which I doubt). And, if I'm still around, I'll likely still be on JUB!
However, I'm already finding it rather amusing that I find myself (surprisingly) thinking, at times, "Aak! Darned "Kids" these days!"
Of course ... no matter what ...
Keep smilin'!!
