I wear a t-shirt and boxer briefs to bed.

I sleep naked once in a while, but there's ALWAYS someone at home, so I can't most of the time.

I can't sleep with a shirt on, its sorta impossible for me.
 
If I wore boxers that day, I usually sleep in those.

If it's winter, I'll often wear sleep pants.

If I wore boxerbriefs or square cuts during the day (like the kind in my avatar), I'll usually chuck those and put on some basketball or soccer shorts or something like that.

If I just had some good luvin with my boy right before bed, I'll usually sleep naked.... though that means I often wake up inadvertently rubbing myself all over the sheets or my b/f!!! (Obviously I like sleeping naked most nights if possible, lol!)
 
I just got a lock for my bedroom so I started to sleep naked. I have to say I really love it. It's very comfortable. And it's perfect because it's summer in Vancouver right now and it's really hot.
 
Absolutely butt-ass naked for me, try 112 Deg weather in Phoenix, Az during summer time. But when not so hot, I'll wear just my AE boxers. Easy access thru the front opening for 'all' activities. ;)
 
Sometimes just my socks, basketball shorts, and boxers. But mostly nothing, not even the sheets cause my room is always warm with a cool breeze from the fan/air conditioner.
 
Nothing, nada, nude.
Far more comfortable, and it is much nicer for snuggling and anything else that may pop up.

I love pajamas. Perfect for lounging or wasting the day in. But if I try to sleep in them, I always ending up waking up naked the next day.

I've been sleeping naked pretty much since I was 13. I remember when I went to college, I was concerned that it would be weird for me to sleep naked in front of my roommate. Fears were dispelled when I first came to the room, and he was studying naked. He asked if I had a problem with it. My answer was obvious.
 
depends what kind of mood i'm in. just a shirt. just boxers. in the buff. fully clothed when i'm drunk off my ass.
 
boxers if i wore them that day, otherwise it is bare naked, much more comfortable.
 
silk boxers when there is people in the house, otherwise i let it all out.
