In the summer I usually sleep nude. In the winter I'll wear a nightshirt but only if it's unusually cold. I rarely turn the heat on at night in the winter because it's dries out my sinuses. I sleep on an electric bed sized heating pad in the winter and it's usually very toasty when I get in on a cold winter night. On those few nights when the temps get below 20 degrees F I'll put on a nightshirt and maybe a pair of cotton socks.
