I've had experience nailing and stapling my ballsac to a table, but I'm wondering what it would feel like to put a needle, say a 2-inch 22 ga. needle, through one of my balls (testicles). Has anybody ever done that?

Nailing the ballsac is not uncomfortable at all, but I hear that the nerves in your balls are pretty sensitive.
 
Why would you even consider doing something that stupid. On the other hand, maybe this is darwinism at work.
 
Anything that will keep you from reproducing, I say go for it.
