Not really, since the facial features aren't the same as a Chinese person. Also, his skin is too red to pass for Asian. Though Japanese people, for example, actually have a very fair skintone. . .more pale than some white people, even.

actually all of the middle eastern/north african people looks south European to me but darker.

I'm in agreement with you as I have a friend from the Slovak Republic (so named in 1993) who proudly states that his country is part of Central Europe.
