What every jubber should know about JUB?

If your avatar (or siggy) is not very distinctive, or if you change it very often, it is likely that I will not remember you from one post to the next, and certainly not from one day to the next:confused:. I had a very hard time voting for "most intelligent" member because I could not remember what most of the contestants had written. And FSR, I keep getting a lot of people confused with each other. !oops!

And there are clergy here, I am one and JackFTwist is another. We are comfortable and we post here fairly regularly. At times I visit the Religion and Spirituality Forum and often I choose to ignore it, for people seem to not be able to talk about such topics without a lot of emotion and steam. The same is true for Current Events & Politics Forum. Flaming at both places is pretty common, and on occasion a war of sorts breaks out.

I love the diversity of people here, including religions, politics, race, gender (yes, I really am quite fond of the women who choose to be here, Scrubbs smile, for you are one of my favorites). Some here hold different experiences in the work place, education and a lot of other things. When we are at our best is not when we are tolerant of one another, but accepting of one another.

Some of us are young, some a little older than young, some in mid-life, some are in denial, and some of us are like me, old farts. But it always amazes me how much we have in common. I especially am proud that when a JUBber hurts, so many come running to that person's aide. I am still new here, but I get the impression that some think I have always, (well maybe not always) been here. So live and let live.

If you have something to say about Zac Efron, you will find that there are already plenty of threads open that you can post in. It is really unlikely that you have a fresh new slant on how hot or how not hot he is. So check first, please.

There are also plenty of open threads about having too many Zac Efron threads.

If you can't find them right away, try the search feature and type in "OMG! Zac Efron is HOT!" :rolleyes:

why do they do this? who knows?

when you stumble into one of them (and trust me, you'll know) just ignore them and be confident that the really nice guys and gals out number them easily.
