Oh. Along with the aforementioned "I don't like shopping so am I still gay?" threads, you will also run into, particularly in summer, threads devoted to why Pride parades are either a) a waste of time, b) not representative of the gay community c) digusting.

Lo and behold, there's one going on right now.

As one of the older guys, I would like to say this is a great place to make friends. There might be a little ageism,but really not much. And there is a lot of support for people who are in relationships.
I have made friends from all over the world here. They are all very diverse, as are all the people on JUB. I see this site as a place where you can celebrate your uniqueness. And to all the lovely women here--thanks for reminding us that's it's not all about what's hanging between our legs. (Or is it? lol)
Also, if someone really irritates you at first, keep reading their posts, and you will change your opinion. The more you get to know them the more you will find you have in common.
All in all, this is a great site because we really are forging our own COMMUNITY in the online world!..|:wave:(*8*) bb
