What film have you recently watched?

Interview with the Vampire. I liked the hair, costumes, and sexual tension between the characters.

Watched A Haunting in Conneticut last night, not watching that shit again I did not like it cause I beleive in all that stuff so the thought of that actually happening freaks me.

Also watched over her dead body the other day and heartbreak kid, very funny lol, loved em both! :)

I finally got around to watching WALL·E and I loved it. Why the hell wasn't this movie nominated for best picture at the Oscars?!?!

Let the Right One In- See this movie!!!

Yes it's an independent Swedish vampire horror movie, but it's awesome. It'd been a long time since I saw a truly great horror film and I finally got some satisfaction. It's got a very quiet vibe to it but not once did I get bored, I was really into the story and kept wanting to see what the outcome of the film would be. A+++ would view again!

Also watched Murderball the other night. I'm only 3 years too late, but I'd highly recommend that too it was funny and touching and made me feel like a prick for taking things for granted, like the use of my legs.

Blood Diamond. Was better than I expected. Starts off slow but gradually gets better. One of the better Leo flicks.

Wolverine-- the leaked on-line version--it was actually better than I thought it would be.

Joan Crawford gave it everything she had in all of her films. She was always going for that Oscar. I love that about her.

Travisevian, I love A Place in the Sun too. Elizabeth Taylor does the best fainting I have ever seen in a movie. She wobbled and then just, POW! She fell hard.

The last movie I saw was Sweet Dreams, the story of Pasty Cline. Jessica Lange does a good job playing the country legend even though her lipsyncing is obvious at times. This inevitably gets compared to Coal Miner's Daughter, which is the better movie, but Sweet Dreams is good in its own right.

I wanted to watch a movie that would entertain me, make me laugh, and most importantly, not make me have to think. So I watched "Space Jam" again after about 10 years. One of the reviewers called it "funny, but brain deadening", just what I needed. I forgot how funny that movie was, I mean is.

Synopsis: Michael Jordan slams, Bugs Bunny jams and the Looney Tunes stars hoop it up in this rim-rattlin' roundball romp that's an inspired blend of live-action comedy and cutting-edge animation. The Tune Squad takes on a team of aliens to decide if the Tunes stay on Earth or become attractions at an intergalactic theme park. The aliens have stolen the skills of NBA stars and become the Monstars, but the Tune Squad has its own weapon.

I just watched Fool's Gold with Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey.
Awesome film, actually hilarious at points and it's about treasure hunting! Who couldn't love it?

Very disturbing movie, but can be hilarious at times. Pretty good!

"The Broken Hearts Club"... anyone?
I'll admit that it's not the best movie, in terms of acting but I have to say that I kinda love this movie. It's a cute movie.

I agree ... it's a sweet film

Yesterday I sat down and watched one of my favourites, Blade Runner :D

In the last week I watched The Queen again (I always have a little cry for Diana)

and NEWCASTLE again (love it)

and finally got around to watching City of Ember (entertaining escapism)

- all on DVD

I intend to check out Wolverine at the moofies real soon.

Quantum of Solace. Wasn't Bondy enough. They tampered with the Bond formula a bit too much. Good action, but it was all too serious. Lacked humor which Bond usually has.
