I like xHamster.com. I gave up on the few other I tried a few years ago because of all the 15 second or slightly longer promo clips. xHamster has anywhere from 8 minutes to full length videos. Their search function to narrow your search doesn't work to well as far as I'm concerned.
 
Myvidster is the main one for me. It seems like not a lot of people know about it, at least not many reference it.
