I'm just curious to see what people use. I'm thinking about trying some new products, so I thought I'd see what other people use.

Currently my shampoo and conditioner is Paul Mitchell Super Skinny, but every couple of days I use Neutrogena T-Gel because I have psoriasis on my scalp. I've been thinking about trying SuperStraight shampoo and condition from Pureology though.
I let my hair air dry for the most part, and then I straighten it. No need for a thermal protectant because my shampoo and conditioner take care of that, which is a big part of why I like that stuff so much. But if I were to stray away from that, I guess I'd just get some thermal protectant spray, probably from CHI.
After my hair is straight, I use American Crew Grooming Cream or American Crew Defining Paste, depending on how strong of a hold I need that day. I've been thinking maybe on switching over to Bed Head's After Party. I've heard good things about it.
So then to finish it all off, I use Paul Mitchell's Super Clean spray (or Super Clean Light, if I want just a really light hold).
And after that I am good to go.

So, what do you guys use? Anyone have any suggestions for other products for me? I style my hair in a "swooshy" fashion. I hate to compare my hair to him, but it is somewhat like Zac Efron's hair. So, maybe I should be using/ doing something different.

I use shampoo. And a blow dryer.

That's it.

OH. I FORGOT ABOUT CHLORINE.

Yeah, the swimming pool styles it for me!

:]

Any cheap shampoo as long as my scalp doesn't react allergic to it.

clear shampoo or head and shoulders. hah

I'll blow my hair if i need to style it.

Using loreal clay.

I have difficulty paying real money for hair-care, since my hair is kind of indifferent to the influences of product. I mean, I used American Crew shampoo and conditioner for a while, and I loved the way my hair felt and smelled, but it didn't look any different from when I used Garnier Fructis; I also used some kind of moisturizing styling paste from Paul Mitchell that was recommended to me by another stylist, but though it made the hair stay in place, it didn't actually look any different than when I used no controlling substances at all.

So, Garnier Fructis shampoo and conditioner, the Sleek and Shine formula; while it's still wet, I spritz in some Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Moisture Mist, brush it down smooth and then finger-comb the top for some loft.

I use Paul Mitchell Tea Tree shampoo and conditioner, then styling gel before I blow dry it.

Tresemme shampoo and conditioner

got2be playful hair clay

I hate gel makes you look like you've been sweating all day or just got out of the shower.

Paul Mitchell. I let my hair dry naturally. I avoid hair dryers unless I'm really in a hurry to have my hair dry.

Shampoo with Pert in the shower.

Towel dry.

Comb.

Done for the day.

:-)

I can't be arsed to do anything to my hair except wash it occasionally with whatever shampoo the folks have decided to buy that month. I don't even comb it.

Probably why it always looks like crap.

I love Alaffia Scalp Rescue Shampoo and Conditioner it has three of my fave ingredients neem, shea, and african black soap with a refreshing mix of essential oils.
I use hair products that are free of petros, parabens, propylene glycol, SLS, edta, and mineral oil.

For styling products I go between Giovanni Organic hair gel for my short crops, and I use Alaffia Leave-In hair conditioner for my longer, wavier styles.

I spend between $30-50 on hair care products at Whole Foods or New Seasons.

Whatever shampoo happens to be lying around. Or, if I've run out, whatever brand soap I'm using to shower with at the moment.

Whatever Suave shampoo is on sale when I need some. I've got whatever the heck is in the dark blue bottle right now.

I've got all these little bottles of "product" that I get for free when I get my hair cut. I keep tossing them into this drawer, for some reason. I never am going to use them - I should just toss them.

I use Aveda Rosemary Mint Shampoo followed by Davines Matte Molding Gesso.
